Introducing Tim

Tim Orellano, PHR is the President of The Human Resources Team. He has over 30 years of human  resources management experience in the manufacturing, service, financial and healthcare industries. He served as Vice President of Human Resources prior to leaving the corporate arena to form his consulting business in 1991.  Since then, he has served his clients in a wide variety of HR management consulting related areas with solutions and proactive strategies.  He is also actively involved with Lighthouse™ as their Senior HR consultant specializing in Affirmation Action Plan compliance and Applicant Harbor™, an internet based hiring management system. 

We serve our clients with experienced professionals in human resource management, employment law, affirmative action complaince, organizational psychology.  Tim is recognized at the regional and national level as a keynote speaker and seminar leader.  His Ta-Daaahhh presentations will "Innergize" you as you laugh and learn.

He is certified as a Professional in Human Resources from the Human Resources Certification Institute and is a Certified Trainer for Achieve Global (formerly Zenger Miller) in their leadership development program. He is associated with Garland Community College in providing training and human resource management consulting services to business.

He served as the President of the Arkansas Human Resources Association, the SHRM Consultants Forum and serves many other boards and community groups. He has received the Outstanding Member Award from the Central Arkansas HR Association and Arkansas Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development. He is a recipient of the Arkansas Human Resources Professional of the Year Award and was a finalist for the SHRM National Award for Professional Excellence.
